Values

Integrity. Creativity. Community. Curiosity. Environment. Knowledge.

Mission

With every client experience, I aim to impact the future of our environment and communities through inspirational art, design, and education. Everyone deserves a place to live authentically and connect with others in a healthy and safe environment.

“I don't even know at what age I started, because it's always been there. Performing... creating... it's in my DNA..”

— Janelle Monáe

What drives me?

First Things, First

Don't let my all-black goth aesthetics fool you, I'm very much a curious, creative, nature kid at heart. By nature, I've always been an innovative problem solver so my chosen profession is no surprise. For as long as I can remember, I've loved learning about how things work and experimenting to produce transformational results. Like a well-watered plant, I thrive in environments where I get to learn new things, collaborate with others, and be challenged to analyze problems to craft creative solutions.

Always in Awe

Captivated by art/design, human psychology and the diversity of nature, along with my lineage of educators, doctors/nurses and service members, it's only fitting I found a plot in the ever-evolving garden of human-centered focus. A creative designer, in the world of user experience.

“This world is but a canvas to our imagination.”

— Henry David Thoreau

My Daily Interests

In my free time, I love exploring the worlds of

art (moss art is my current obsession);

music (have you seen a harp guitar!?);

culture (I learn something new almost every day);

community (off-the-grid tiny house community anyone?); and

mentorship (teaching workshops to aspiring designers=priceless).

What I imagine…

I hope to inspire others in a dualistic way similar to my personality:  I imagine a world where we (especially BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, Native/Indigenous, and disabled humans) are free to live as our most authentic selves and, through that, we simultaneously build better ways for communities to coexist equitably in the world.
